Echagüe Fútbol Club's Rogelio Maureo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Urko in the 11th minute of play. Eustacio Lawrence showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Bastiaro in the 14th minute of the match. Jorge Urko struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Rogelio Maureo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atlético Arg. In the 23rd match minute, Club Atlético Arg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimiro Gorri to maneuver through the defense. Echagüe Fútbol Club's Gabriel Benat couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Club Atlético Arg. A collision led to Club Atlético Arg getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Gonzalo Donostia hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Arg's zone, Gabriel Benat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eustacio Lawrence came out of the goal and Gabriel Benat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eustacio Pacho in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eustacio Lawrence prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

Rogelio Maureo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliciano Errando in the 52nd minute of play. In the 56th minute Emilio Bastiaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustacio Lawrence saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A well placed Emilio Bastiaro short distance shot in the 57th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. 61 minutes into the game, Eustacio Pacho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Eustacio Lawrence was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Emilio Bastiaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustacio Lawrence having to interfere. Rogelio Maureo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Urko, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Jorge Urko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Feliciano Errando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 81 minutes into the match, Echagüe Fútbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Feliciano Errando came free, but Rogelio Maureo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eustacio Pacho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Eustacio Lawrence made a huge save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Echagüe Fútbol Club had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
