Spectators: 5560 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1050, VIP seats: 10) 11 minutes into the match, Lisandro Aureo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fidel Joseph. lanus fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lisandro Aureo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The supporters of lanus fc booed when Iruya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godfredo Montrell didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Iruya's goal looked a bit too open when Severiano Segio came free, but Fidel Eliazar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fidel Joseph was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Eulalio Lordi. The referee felt a red card was in order, 21 minutes into the game, when Jonatan Gilabert put in a rough tackle. 20 minutes into the game, one of Iruya:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 23rd minute there was a penalty for lanus fc. Geronimo Nazario stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fidel Eliazar. 1-1. lanus fc's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Damaso Ederono scored to the left of an out of position Fidel Joseph, making the score, 2-1. In the 33rd minute Severiano Segio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidel Eliazar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fidel Joseph came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Iruya's Lisandro Aureo. But to his dismay, Lisandro Aureo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. When Ovidio Eneko fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Iruya's protests and gave Ovidio Eneko a yellow card for diving instead. Fidel Eliazar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Astor Frances, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The wind increased when Severiano Segio made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Iruya's Alejandro Chus got a free kick in the 52nd minute. When Fulgencio Salvadore fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored lanus fc's protests and gave Fulgencio Salvadore a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to lanus fc getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Fulgencio Salvadore hit a great ball. Godfredo Montrell struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Fidel Joseph didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Iruya. Fidel Joseph didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damaso Ederono went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Lisandro Aureo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alejandro Chus might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fidel Joseph. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alejandro Chus ran back to his position shaking his head. If Alejandro Chus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damaso Ederono sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Justo Hotz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fidel Eliazar having to interfere. Fidel Eliazar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justo Hotz in the 86th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Dionisio Ubarna dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fidel Eliazar, 4-2. Iruya were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of lanus fc for a fine match.
