The crowd rose to their feet as Chacras's Agustin Chuan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Elias Jordy. That made the score 0-1 after 71 minutes of play. Agustin Chuans short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Elias Jordy to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prudencio Nisio in the 78th minute of play forced Chacras's goalkeeper Albano Franco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Agustin Chuan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elpidio Mouricio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcos Claus in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elias Jordy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Chacras supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Chacras would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
