A very good chance. 11 minutes into the game, Albano Abad lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Victorino Romelio. Diego Lixandro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorino Romelio having to interfere. Victorino Romelio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleto Estevez, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. CA RIVER PLATE's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Benedicto Berdaitz in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eriberto Iban in the 23rd minute of play forced CA RIVER PLATE's goalkeeper Paulino Ortzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Teflon y Plastisol FC's goalkeeper Victorino Romelio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diego Lixandro. In the 25th minute, Cleto Estevez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Teflon y Plastisol FC's goalkeeper Victorino Romelio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benedicto Berdaitz. After 32 minutes of play, Teflon y Plastisol FC's Domingos Abadie made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulino Ortzi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Teflon y Plastisol FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Diego Lixandro scored to the left of an out of position Victorino Romelio, making the score, 3-1. In the 44th minute, Isaac Quintyn ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victorino Romelio was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cleto Estevez was the one to do the kick off. 57 minutes into the game, one of CA RIVER PLATE:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 61st minute of the match Felix Peio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paulino Ortzi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Benedicto Berdaitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorino Romelio having to interfere. Mario Jaen hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Benedicto Berdaitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in CA RIVER PLATE fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 92nd minute. Penalty! 98 minutes into the match, Teflon y Plastisol FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Quintyn came free, but Victorino Romelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. CA RIVER PLATE fully deserved thier win.
