Leonel Frederik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Chaime in the 9th minute of play. Tobias Romelio made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Alberto Padro sent off a good shot on target. In the 16th minute, Anselmo Otoniel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Mikolas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 17th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leonel Frederik. Sportivo Capucha's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 18 played minutes Sportivo Capucha got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Bazil. After 19 minutes, Benigno Silvanito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sportivo Capucha and the Guayamba FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sportivo Capucha's Alberto Padro got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guaberto Milian did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Tobias Romelio 37 minutes into the match. Astor Pio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Alberto Padro came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Sportivo Capucha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Padro couldn't finish the play. Tobias Romelio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Milian, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After having played for 77 minutes, Guaberto Milian managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sportivo Capucha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guaberto Milian was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alberto Padro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tobias Romelio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Padro in the 82nd minute of play. After having played for 86 minutes, Rigoberto Chaime managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guayamba FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rigoberto Chaime was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pastor Bermudez came free with the goalkeeper in the 91st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Leonel Frederik could save by the left post. Sportivo Capucha's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
