Spectators: 6655 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ramiro Teyo started the match with the kick off. Ramiro Teyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anier Incendio was extremely unlucky when he, in the 5th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Rafael Bazkoare fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lavalia's protests and gave Rafael Bazkoare a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Lavalia's Rafael Bazkoare got a free kick in the 8th minute. Damian Cordareo hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute, Ramiro Teyo made a precise shot to the right of Eulalio Nicholas. Lavalia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 19 minutes into the match, FC Barcelona's goal looked a bit too open when Anier Incendio came free, but Gervasio Palben reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gervasio Palben came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Lavalia's Anier Incendio. But to his dismay, Anier Incendio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Barcelona's goalkeeper Gervasio Palben, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 31st minute of the match, Anier Incendio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gervasio Palben saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Eulalio Nicholas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Caradaro in the 33rd minute of play. Braulio Caradaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 38 minutes, Aurelio Larra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lavalia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aurelio Larra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aurelio Larra got free with Gervasio Palben in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gervasio Palben came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Lavalia's Aurelio Larra. But to his dismay, Aurelio Larra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When Braulio Caradaro came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the FC Barcelona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Braulio Caradaro couldn't finish the play. If Aurelio Larra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eulalio Nicholas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Teyo, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. When Hugo Uxio fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lavalia's protests and gave Hugo Uxio a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Lavalia's Hugo Uxio got a free kick in the 81st minute. If Rafael Bazkoare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute.
