Iker Franco might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eulalio Nicholas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iker Franco ran back to his position shaking his head. Aurelio Larra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anier Incendio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Mateo Silban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Anier Incendio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mateo Silban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anier Incendio in the 43rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Bazkoare in the 45th minute of play forced Jarimana's goalkeeper Mateo Silban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 46 minutes, Aurelio Larra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lavalia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aurelio Larra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Lavalia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iker Franco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Lavalia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
