Spectators: 6668 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Julian Jordy kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Calilegua booed when Pepones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nunez Eriz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Clemente Bartoli came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Calilegua's Aquilino Vachon. But to his dismay, Aquilino Vachon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Jordy in the 12th minute of play forced Pepones's goalkeeper Clemente Bartoli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the game, Diego Paul was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pepones's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Calilegua the free kick. In the 26th minute Mauricio Manex shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Caton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pepones's Esteve Mosen got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 40th minute Julian Jordy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Bartoli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the game, Calilegua's Aquilino Vachon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clemente Bartoli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Martin Caton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Hotz in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mauricio Manex was the one to do the kick off. Clemente Bartoli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquilino Vachon in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Calilegua booed when Pepones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Paul didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erasmo Hotz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Martin Caton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Erasmo Hotz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Martin Caton made a huge save. If Erasmo Hotz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pepones! Pepones:s Clemente Bartoli showed great skill when he stopped Higinio Erasto:s penalty. After a rather tough play, Pepones's Mauricio Manex got a free kick in the 82nd minute. In the 91st match minute, Pepones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everardo Goi to maneuver through the defense. Clemente Bartoli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquilino Vachon, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Calilegua's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
