Spectators: 7197 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1697, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Julian Jordy started the match with the kick off. Ivan Selmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Caton having to interfere. In the 7th play minute Ivan Selmo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Martin Caton. 1-0. Martin Caton didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michal Gaszynski went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After 18 minutes, Nemesio Nerio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Calilegua and the Curapaligüé players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th match minute, Calilegua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nemesio Nerio to maneuver through the defense. Rogelio Mitxaut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquilino Vachon, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 22ndth minute of the game Aquilino Vachon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Curapaligüé's Rogelio Mitxaut was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Michal Gaszynski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Martin Caton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Aquilino Vachon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Calilegua fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 32 minutes into the game, Aquilino Vachon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Calilegua's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Curapaligüé the free kick. A collision led to Calilegua getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Aquilino Vachon hit a great ball. In the 37th minute Luis Esdras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Caton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Ivan Selmo took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Martin Caton to make any attempt to save it. Adolfo Bastiaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Caton having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Calilegua's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Selmo came free, but Martin Caton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Michal Gaszynski was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Julian Jordy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Calilegua's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Jordy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aquilino Vachon took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rogelio Mitxaut. Rogelio Mitxaut dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Adolfo Bastiaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Caton having to interfere. 61 minutes into the game, Michal Gaszynski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Martin Caton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 65th minute, Michal Gaszynski made a precise shot to the right of Martin Caton. Calilegua's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. After 70 played minutes Calilegua got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Piorno. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michal Gaszynski in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martin Caton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aquilino Vachon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julian Jordy charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Julian Jordy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Julian Jordy kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After 84 minutes, Adolfo Bastiaro made it 6-2 with a short kick to the right side. Calilegua's Martin Caton tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 92 minutes into the match, Calilegua's goal looked a bit too open when Michal Gaszynski came free, but Martin Caton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivan Selmo scored 8-2 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Martin Caton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Curapaligüé's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
