But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudio Gilesindo couldn't finish the play. Claudio Gilesindo's late challenge caught a Maco mc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Claudio Gilesindo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Majaditas AFC's Claudio Gilesindo got a free kick in the 7th minute. Jeremias Frutos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliberto Alvarez having to interfere. Claudio Gilesindo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Feliberto Alvarez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Claudio Gilesindo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Feliberto Alvarez made a huge save. In the 21st minute Jeremias Frutos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Alvarez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th match minute, Maco mc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Dolfo to maneuver through the defense. Majaditas AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 30 played minutes Maco mc got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Fertus. Claudio Gilesindo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliberto Alvarez having to interfere. Leopoldo Abascal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Iker Munio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maco mc's Hermengildo Sidoro got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Majaditas AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Severino Urtun in the 49th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jeremias Frutos to make the kick off. In the 69th match minute, Majaditas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Azubeli to maneuver through the defense. If Jeremias Frutos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Feliberto Alvarez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Gilesindo in the 75th minute of the match. In the 80th match minute, Majaditas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Azubeli to maneuver through the defense. If Leopoldo Abascal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marciano Acuña hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. If Claudio Gilesindo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. Maco mc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leopoldo Abascal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Jeremias Frutos fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Majaditas AFC's protests and gave Jeremias Frutos a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Maco mc booed when Majaditas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Frutos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Leopoldo Abascal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maco mc's supporters rose to their feet, but Leopoldo Abascal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iker Munio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
