Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After some careless play in the Galga United defense, Cristian Mazuste kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clodoveo Betadur. The Galga United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clodoveo Betadur should have stopped the shot. If Arnoldo Romano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute, Maximiliano Ticho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sergio Aritza took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Clodoveo Betadur. Galga United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Arturo Iliana's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nemesio Lore firmly grabbed it by the left post. Nemesio Lore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesar Casado in the 18th minute of play. A collision led to Los Andes getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Gavino Karmel hit a great ball. After having played for 20 minutes, Cesar Casado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galga United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cesar Casado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 21st minute, Cesar Casado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arturo Iliana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 26th minute, Galga United's Paulo Gonzo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Paulo Gonzo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Galga United protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Paulo Gonzo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 26 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Galga United! The referee gave Los Andes a penalty, 29 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Saverio Tabor, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Galga United's Clodoveo Betadur. 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Los Andes's zone, Gaspar Tonio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nemesio Lore came out of the goal and Gaspar Tonio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th minute, Gavino Karmel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gavino Karmel kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Nemesio Lore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Iliana in the 37th minute of the match. Alfonso Gutxi kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Clodoveo Betadur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnoldo Romano in the 41st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Arnoldo Cedro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galga United's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnoldo Cedro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nemesio Lore breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arnoldo Cedro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nemesio Lore read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. After the first half Los Andes were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arnoldo Romano to make the kick off. After having played for 57 minutes, Maximiliano Ticho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After a rather tough play, Los Andes's Cristian Mazuste got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Gaspar Tonio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nemesio Lore read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Cristian Mazuste got his second yellow card in the match during the 69th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Cristian Mazuste hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Gaspar Tonio struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Nemesio Lore didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galga United. Arturo Iliana might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nemesio Lore. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arturo Iliana ran back to his position shaking his head. Maximiliano Ticho might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nemesio Lore. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Ticho in the 86th minute of play forced Los Andes's goalkeeper Nemesio Lore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the game, Galga United's Arturo Iliana nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nemesio Lore made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Clodoveo Betadur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Laureano Guifre in the 92nd minute. A collision led to Los Andes getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Pascual Millano hit a great ball. After 94 played minutes, Galga United's Cesar Casado shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nemesio Lore came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Galga United reached it. Chants of Los Andes echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Galga United had held the ball for most of the match.
