A collision led to Cochagual getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Eriberto Eleder hit a great ball. Cochagual's Ruperto Lorenz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Cordarin in the 10th minute of play. Ruperto Lorenz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emiliano Flores, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Paolo Obeko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edelmiro Venceslao's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. If Enrique Cordarell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. Ruperto Lorenz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteban Cordarin, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After having played for 42 minutes, Esteban Cordarin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ninte FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Esteban Cordarin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

After recieving a nice pass, Ninte FC's Leo Dolfos tried to score from far away in the 91st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Emiliano Flores might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ruperto Lorenz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emiliano Flores ran back to his position shaking his head. If Emiliano Flores had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cochagual had won after a very even match.
