Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Baldomero Dominguez started the match with the kick off. Nereo Onbera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Ruy, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Sorete FC's Nereo Onbera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Ruy in the 6th minute of play. Placido Quinto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sorete FC's goalkeeper Nereo Onbera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Ruy in the 25th minute of play forced Sorete FC's goalkeeper Nereo Onbera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 30 minutes, Baldomero Dominguez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sorete FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldomero Dominguez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 36 minutes into the match, Oyolas's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomero Dominguez came free, but Ambrosio Roano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonel Feo's late challenge caught a Oyolas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonel Feo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th minute of the match Oyolas got a corner. Sorete FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Constantino Tabb ran over to the corner to take the kick.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ismael Ruy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Placido Quinto fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sorete FC's protests and gave Placido Quinto a yellow card for diving instead. Placido Quinto hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Oyolas's Ismael Ruy got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Constantino Tabb fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oyolas's protests and gave Constantino Tabb a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th match minute, Oyolas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantino Tabb to maneuver through the defense. Fernan Arias's late challenge caught a Sorete FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernan Arias helped the player get up and apologised. Ismael Ruy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ambrosio Roano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Quinto in the 70th minute of play. If Baldomero Dominguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ambrosio Roano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomero Dominguez in the 78th minute of the match. Placido Quinto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ambrosio Roano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. If Robustiano Eskuin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Oyolas players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
