In the 25th minute, Joaquin Rutenio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gervasio Delfino's late challenge caught a Anfama AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gervasio Delfino helped the player get up and apologised. Gervasio Delfino hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. If Mateo Tancredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joaquin Rutenio in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacobo Emenon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Francisco Maria came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Anfama AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Maria couldn't finish the play. Celso Precioso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Godofredo Inautzi's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. The supporters of Pateenalarco booed when Anfama AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Berdoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jesus Breogan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Francisco Maria scored 0-1 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacobo Emenon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Pateenalarco players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Anfama AFC were winning 0-1.

Jacobo Emenon was a little too slow when Francisco Maria got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-2. Lisandro Tolino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Precioso having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Anfama AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Godofredo Inautzi came free, but Celso Precioso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Maria in the 69th minute of play forced Pateenalarco's goalkeeper Jacobo Emenon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacobo Emenon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Maria, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. With a little luck, Pateenalarco's Jacobo Emenon got control of the ball when Joaquin Rutenio tried to sneak it across the goal line.
