Arnoldo Endura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliciano Lopes having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 14th minute of the game. One of Ricardo F.C:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vanguardia:s goal. Ricardo F.C:s Feliciano Lopes showed great skill when he stopped Benigno Firman:s penalty. Feliciano Lopes came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Vanguardia's Benigno Firman. But to his dismay, Benigno Firman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Arnoldo Endura came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Vanguardia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnoldo Endura couldn't finish the play. Genaro Sidoro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 36 minutes into the match, Ricardo F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoldo Endura came free, but Feliciano Lopes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Genaro Sidoro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Moises Chale made a huge save. Vanguardia's Moises Chale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marciano Gagriel in the 40th minute of play. Marciano Gagriel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristian Calvet made a kick off. Ricardo F.C's Feliciano Lopes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Ricardo F.C from getting a goal against them. Generoso Indartsu kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Arnoldo Endura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliciano Lopes having to interfere. The supporters of Vanguardia booed when Ricardo F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Generoso Indartsu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 71 minutes in the game, Arnoldo Endura fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Feliciano Lopes having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Cristian Calvet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vanguardia's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Calvet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Feliciano Lopes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arnoldo Endura could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Feliciano Lopes made a huge save. Feliciano Lopes made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Arnoldo Endura sent off a good shot on target. Ricardo F.C's Feliciano Lopes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Ricardo F.C from getting a goal against them. Dalmacio Arotza charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dalmacio Arotza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 84th match minute, Vanguardia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmacio Arotza to maneuver through the defense. Cleto Artaldo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 85th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Moises Chale. Vanguardia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Marciano Gagriel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Moises Chale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Arnoldo Endura came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Vanguardia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnoldo Endura couldn't finish the play. Vanguardia's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
