Mariano Efraim kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Moises Chale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Atauri in the 14th minute of play. After 16 played minutes Vanguardia got a freekick which was hit by Gervasio Paez. Javier Hitz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Vanguardia's Cristian Calvet shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Cristian Calvet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenio Atauri in the 31st minute of play forced Vanguardia's goalkeeper Moises Chale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dale Bobi's Javier Hitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Dale Bobi from getting a goal against them. If Cristian Calvet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cristian Calvet was the one to do the kick off. Arsenio Atauri struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Moises Chale didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dale Bobi. Dalmacio Arotza charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dalmacio Arotza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 53rd minute, Dalmacio Arotza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Dalmacio Arotza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Javier Hitz was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Cristian Calvet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vanguardia's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Calvet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Javier Hitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristian Calvet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moises Chale acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 82nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Leopoldo Berdoi. After 85 minutes of play, Vanguardia's Arnoldo Endura made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Javier Hitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the Vanguardia players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
