In the 6th minute, Froilan Jacindo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Niceto Inocente scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rafael Min, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 13th minute, Gabriel Honrio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Niceto Inocente recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Niceto Inocente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafael Min showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Jacindo in the 21st minute of the match. If Gabriel Honrio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Erubiel Danel came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Candelaria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erubiel Danel couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Brujas Fc pilar getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Angel Loi hit a great ball. Candelaria's Gabriel Honrio got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Brujas Fc pilar's zone, Erubiel Danel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carolo Polentzi came out of the goal and Erubiel Danel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Froilan Jacindo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brujas Fc pilar's supporters rose to their feet, but Froilan Jacindo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafael Min breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erubiel Danel made a kick off. If Froilan Jacindo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Niceto Inocente came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Brujas Fc pilar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niceto Inocente couldn't finish the play. If Froilan Jacindo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute, Froilan Jacindo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erubiel Danel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carolo Polentzi having to make a save. Angel Loi hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 74 minutes into the match, Candelaria's goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Inocente came free, but Rafael Min reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th match minute, Brujas Fc pilar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angel Loi to maneuver through the defense. Erubiel Danel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elvio Jerico during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 82 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Brujas Fc pilar! Lorenzo Theobald walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niceto Inocente in the 90th minute of play forced Candelaria's goalkeeper Rafael Min to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Erubiel Danel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brujas Fc pilar's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
