Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The crowd rose to their feet as Yeso's Zeledon Urtun slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aureliano Fernado. That made the score 1-0 after 7 minutes of play. Aureliano Fernado was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Zeledon Urtun capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zeledon Urtun really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. After 16 played minutes Yeso got a freekick which was hit by Mario Amato. 20 minutes into the game, Mario Amato was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yeso's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Almagro FC the free kick. The supporters of Almagro FC booed when Yeso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Amato didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zeledon Urtun in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aureliano Fernado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alfonso Gonsalvo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureliano Fernado having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Denis Ted hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luisito Gonza hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Zeledon Urtun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Aureliano Fernado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Almagro FC's Aureliano Fernado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Urtun in the 36th minute of play. Yeso's Alfonso Gonsalvo got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 42 minutes, Luciano Endira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Almagro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luciano Endira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th minute, Alfonso Gonsalvo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zeledon Urtun to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zeledon Urtun in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aureliano Fernado saved Almagro FC from getting behind. Aureliano Fernado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Gonsalvo, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Alfonso Gonsalvo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aureliano Fernado. Almagro FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfonso Gonsalvo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After 65 played minutes Yeso got a freekick which was hit by Angel Opilano. After having played for 67 minutes, David Tximitx managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Almagro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Tximitx was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Almagro FC's zone, Zeledon Urtun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aureliano Fernado came out of the goal and Zeledon Urtun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aureliano Fernado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Gonsalvo, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeledon Urtun in the 75th minute of play forced Almagro FC's goalkeeper Aureliano Fernado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
