In the 5th minute Eugenio Arias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliano Fernado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Remigio Llanos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Ted, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patricio Restu got free with Remigio Llanos in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Remigio Llanos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Ted in the 9th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Chumillo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Ted came free, but Remigio Llanos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denis Ted's late challenge caught a Chumillo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Denis Ted helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th match minute, Almagro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Ted to maneuver through the defense. Aureliano Fernado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugenio Arias in the 28th minute of the match. Albano Santos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aureliano Fernado having to make a save. Chumillo AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Denis Ted scored to the left of an out of position Remigio Llanos, making the score, 1-0. Chumillo AFC's Remigio Llanos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Chumillo AFC from getting a goal against them. Remigio Llanos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Tximitx in the 42nd minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and David Tximitx made a kick off. In the 54th minute Albano Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliano Fernado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Chumillo AFC's Albano Santos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aureliano Fernado. That made the score 1-2 after 60 minutes of play. Almagro FC's Luciano Endira suffered a concussion after 73 minutes and had to leave the field. The supporters of Almagro FC booed when Chumillo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Romo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chumillo AFC's Remigio Llanos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Tximitx in the 75th minute of play. Eugenio Arias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Remigio Llanos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Tximitx in the 85th minute of the match. If Eugenio Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aureliano Fernado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albano Santos's shot from short distance in the 96th minute.
