Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Zeledon Urtun kicked off to start the match. Paulo Costa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidel Paulin in the 3rd minute of play. Alfonso Gonsalvo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Poblet's Ismael Rojelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Gonsalvo in the 7th minute of play. Alfonso Gonsalvo might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ismael Rojelio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfonso Gonsalvo ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfonso Gonsalvo in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ismael Rojelio saved Poblet from getting behind. 12 minutes into the match, Zeledon Urtun notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Poblet's Ismael Rojelio. Ismael Rojelio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Yeso getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Vinicio Furtado hit a great ball. Yeso's Paulo Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustacio Paez in the 17th minute of play. Eustacio Paez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Yeso booed when Poblet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Lamberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfonso Gonsalvo struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Ismael Rojelio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yeso. If Alfonso Gonsalvo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusebio Colon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Paulo Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Yeso's goalkeeper Paulo Costa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eusebio Colon. Zeledon Urtun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zeledon Urtun in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ismael Rojelio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 37 minutes, Fidel Paulin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Poblet and the Yeso players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fidel Paulin hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the game, Zeledon Urtun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ismael Rojelio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ismael Rojelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Urtun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfonso Gonsalvo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zeledon Urtun might have been able to make a better finish in the 50th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ismael Rojelio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zeledon Urtun ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfonso Gonsalvo in the 52nd minute of play forced Poblet's goalkeeper Ismael Rojelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Eustacio Paez made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Yeso's goal looked a bit too open when Eustacio Paez came free, but Paulo Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th match minute, Yeso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Amato to maneuver through the defense. Eusebio Colon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alfonso Gonsalvo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ismael Rojelio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. If Alfonso Gonsalvo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 66th minute of the match Yeso got a corner. Poblet's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hipolito Mitxel ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Hipolito Mitxel almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Poblet's Ismael Rojelio did a great save. Poblet's Ismael Rojelio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Poblet from getting a goal against them. Alfonso Gonsalvo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Ismael Rojelio made a huge save. 75 minutes into the match, Poblet's Ramiro Quexal broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ismael Rojelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Urtun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 82 minutes into the game, Zeledon Urtun recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ismael Rojelio. Zeledon Urtun showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. If Zeledon Urtun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 89 minutes, Zeledon Urtun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yeso's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zeledon Urtun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Alfonso Gonsalvo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Poblet's Mario Videl got a free kick in the 93rd minute. 95 minutes into the match, Poblet's goalkeeper Ismael Rojelio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfonso Gonsalvo. When Alfonso Gonsalvo came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Yeso fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfonso Gonsalvo couldn't finish the play. When Carlos Fernanco fell near the penalty area in the 98th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Poblet's protests and gave Carlos Fernanco a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Poblet's Carlos Fernanco got a free kick in the 98th minute. If Zeledon Urtun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Poblet fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Yeso were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
