But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elvio Bonifaco couldn't finish the play. Elvio Bonifaco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute, La Chanchon League's Diego Belmiro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cecilio Txaran. The La Chanchon League fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roman Salvator should have stopped the shot. The referee ignored Diablos Rojos's protests and gave Baltasar Lehen a yellow card for diving instead. Baltasar Lehen kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 67thth minute of the game Elvio Bonifaco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Diablos Rojos's Cecilio Txaran was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Roman Salvator showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Ado, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. La Chanchon League's Roman Salvator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Ado in the 71st minute of play. 74 minutes in the game, Nicolas Ado fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Roman Salvator having to interfere. Cleto Feliu charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cleto Feliu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cleto Feliu kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. During the 83rd minute of the match Baltasar Lehen completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Baltasar Lehen a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 84th match minute, Diablos Rojos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baltasar Lehen to maneuver through the defense. Cecilio Txaran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Heli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The La Chanchon League manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Diablos Rojos to win.
