Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cornelio Eladio made the kick off which started today's match. The audience was convinced that Abel Guillelmus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victor Arnalt was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. After 5 played minutes Atiles FC got a freekick which was hit by Placido Urti. Atiles FC's Carolo Abeijon got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11th match minute, A.A Banda Norte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofilo Loren to maneuver through the defense. Carolo Abeijon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Victor Arnalt when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Carolo Abeijon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 19th minute of the match, Abel Guillelmus tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Victor Arnalt saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Abel Guillelmus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to A.A Banda Norte getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Teofilo Loren hit a great ball. A hard shot by Octavio Tajo from long distance, 26 minutes into the match, got Victor Arnalt's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Victor Arnalt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carolo Abeijon in the 27th minute. A.A Banda Norte's Victor Arnalt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Guillelmus in the 30th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, A.A Banda Norte's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Guillelmus came free, but Victor Arnalt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Carolo Abeijon came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Atiles FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carolo Abeijon couldn't finish the play. Carolo Abeijon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Victor Arnalt made a huge save. Abel Guillelmus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Victor Arnalt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the game, Abel Guillelmus recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Victor Arnalt. Abel Guillelmus showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Abel Guillelmus made the kick off in the second half. Claudio Dorio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonathan Theodore in the 53rd minute. When Atiles FC's Abel Guillelmus in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. One of A.A Banda Norte:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Atiles FC:s goal. In the 80th minute, Froilan Haimar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 83 minutes Atiles FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Maximo Bermudez who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on A.A Banda Norte's corner Maximo Bermudez fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Claudio Dorio quite easily take care of the ball. 89 minutes into the match, A.A Banda Norte's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Guillelmus came free, but Victor Arnalt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 96 minutes of play A.A Banda Norte's Alvaro Eguntsenti was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Atiles FC booed when A.A Banda Norte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvaro Eguntsenti didn't get a good kick on the ball.
