Cornelio Eladio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jonathan Theodore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 13 minutes, Cornelio Eladio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.A Banda Norte's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cornelio Eladio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Uriel Moise's late challenge caught a Sir Uja FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Uriel Moise helped the player get up and apologised. Uriel Moise hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Elias Dei's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victor Arnalt was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. In the 20th match minute, Sir Uja FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacinto Gilesindo to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Theodore recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Delmiro Orkatz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hermengildo Honrio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Theodore, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 26 minutes into the game, A.A Banda Norte's Cornelio Eladio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hermengildo Honrio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Jonathan Theodore blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hermengildo Honrio having to make a save. In the 34th match minute, Sir Uja FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacinto Gilesindo to maneuver through the defense. Hermengildo Honrio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Theodore in the 36th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Cornelio Eladio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.A Banda Norte fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After the first half A.A Banda Norte were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elias Dei to strike the kick off in the second half. If Cornelio Eladio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cornelio Eladio struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Hermengildo Honrio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.A Banda Norte. Hermengildo Honrio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornelio Eladio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 64 minutes, Jacinto Gilesindo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sir Uja FC and the A.A Banda Norte players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of A.A Banda Norte booed when Sir Uja FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacinto Gilesindo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Cornelio Eladio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, A.A Banda Norte's Adrian Misael got a free kick in the 67th minute. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Jonathan Theodore put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Hermengildo Honrio. In the 76thth minute of the game Cornelio Eladio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sir Uja FC's Hermengildo Honrio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jacinto Gilesindo hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Jonathan Theodore in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hermengildo Honrio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Saturnino Paio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the game, Jesus Fidensio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sir Uja FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.A Banda Norte the free kick. After 88 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sir Uja FC! The goalkeeper, Hermengildo Honrio, was totally fooled by A.A Banda Norte's Maximo Bermudez, who 91 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After a defensive mix-up in Sir Uja FC's zone, Jonathan Theodore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hermengildo Honrio came out of the goal and Jonathan Theodore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Elias Dei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sir Uja FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Elias Dei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victor Arnalt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over A.A Banda Norte could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sir Uja FC throughout the match.
