Mauro Guerau didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.A Banda Norte. A.A Banda Norte's Cornelio Eladio got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Fernan Nardo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonathan Theodore in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mauro Guerau saved Ramos Mejia Gunners from getting behind. Jonathan Theodore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Mauro Guerau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramos Mejia Gunners's Mauro Guerau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornelio Eladio in the 36th minute of play. Natalio Rufio scored 2-0 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Victor Arnalt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 47 minutes into the game, Jonathan Theodore was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.A Banda Norte's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ramos Mejia Gunners the free kick. Jonathan Theodore hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fernan Nardo was the one to do the kick off. Mauro Guerau didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 77th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. 81 minutes into the match, A.A Banda Norte's goal looked a bit too open when Fernan Nardo came free, but Victor Arnalt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 88 minutes of play, A.A Banda Norte's Jonathan Theodore made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mauro Guerau was left in no man's land by his defense there! Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
