Honorato Soin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Laurgain in the 21st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Moron's Ernesto Canor got a free kick in the 27th minute. Fabio Napier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carmelo Maria's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Honorato Soin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arsenio Laurgain went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 40th minute Arsenio Laurgain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorato Soin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Hersilia AFC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Fernan Roldan hit a great ball. Bernabe Jacob scored 0-3 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Honorato Soin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Hersilia AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Deportivo Moron were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carmelo Maria to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernabe Jacob in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Honorato Soin saved Hersilia AFC from getting behind.
