With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saturnino Sendoa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Conrado Socorro kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Damian Loramendi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atilano Erroman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesus Perrando having to interfere. The supporters of River Eze booed when Los pibes del notting was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Rosas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jesus Perrando was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Bruno Belmiro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bruno Belmiro really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After a rather tough play, River Eze's Vinicio Ekialde got a free kick in the 27th minute. After 30 minutes of play, Los pibes del notting's Flavio Tercero made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Saturnino Sendoa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Saturnino Sendoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Maties, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Tercero in the 37th minute of play forced River Eze's goalkeeper Saturnino Sendoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. River Eze's Saturnino Sendoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Tercero in the 39th minute of play. Saturnino Sendoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Tercero, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Atilano Erroman was extremely unlucky when he, in the 43rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Bruno Belmiro hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. If Natalio Bastia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Atilano Erroman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Saturnino Sendoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natalio Bastia, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 52nd minute, Jami Rimpiläinen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atilano Erroman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Flavio Tercero scored 1-2 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Saturnino Sendoa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Erasmo Cebrian charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erasmo Cebrian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Saturnino Sendoa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Natalio Bastia in the 69th minute. In the 72nd minute, Flavio Tercero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Saturnino Sendoa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Vinicio Ekialde's late challenge caught a Los pibes del notting's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vinicio Ekialde helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, River Eze's Vinicio Ekialde got a free kick in the 74th minute. With a little luck, River Eze's Saturnino Sendoa got control of the ball when Flavio Tercero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Saturnino Sendoa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flavio Tercero in the 83rd minute. Atilano Erroman charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Atilano Erroman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to River Eze getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Atilano Erroman hit a great ball. Flavio Terceros short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Saturnino Sendoa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Flavio Tercero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Bastia in the 94th minute of play forced River Eze's goalkeeper Saturnino Sendoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The River Eze fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Los pibes del notting were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
