After 33 played minutes RedLocK got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Guib. Julio Franco charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Julio Franco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Boca Juniors's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Chants of RedLocK echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Boca Juniors had held the ball for most of the match.
