Ernesto Evis succeeded in the game's 5th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Eustacio Ferran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Eustacio Ferran came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Infix FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eustacio Ferran couldn't finish the play. Efrain Osoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Orlin in the 19th minute of play. If Ernesto Evis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baltasar Orlin's late challenge caught a Infix FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baltasar Orlin helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 23 minutes, Ernesto Evis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Infix FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernesto Evis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eustacio Ferran succeeded in the game's 27th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernesto Evis in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oscar Feliz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 33rdth minute of the game Ernesto Evis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sportivo Chilim Balam's Oscar Feliz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Evis in the 35th minute of play forced Sportivo Chilim Balam's goalkeeper Oscar Feliz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Ernesto Evis notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Sportivo Chilim Balam's Oscar Feliz. Oscar Feliz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ernesto Evis took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oscar Feliz. Oscar Feliz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ernesto Evis was the one to do the kick off. Ernesto Evis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 60th play minutes Ernesto Evis shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Oscar Feliz and just under the crossbar into goal. 63 minutes into the match, Infix FC's Ernesto Evis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oscar Feliz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Infix FC booed when Sportivo Chilim Balam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Abechuco didn't get a good kick on the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Eustacio Ferran had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oscar Feliz. Sportivo Chilim Balam's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eustacio Ferran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Ernesto Evis in the 74thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Oscar Feliz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Ernesto Evis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Feliz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Evis, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustacio Ferran in the 87th minute of play forced Sportivo Chilim Balam's goalkeeper Oscar Feliz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niceto Baleren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Infix FC's Ernesto Evis got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Niceto Baleren came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Infix FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niceto Baleren couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernesto Evis in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oscar Feliz saved Sportivo Chilim Balam from getting behind. Infix FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
