After recieving a nice pass, Uclar's Guillermo Tanio tried to score from far away in the 11th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Oscar Feliz came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Uclar's Horacio Tonete. But to his dismay, Horacio Tonete quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Guaberto Fix took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oscar Feliz. Oscar Feliz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guaberto Fix in the 22nd minute of play forced Sportivo Chilim Balam's goalkeeper Oscar Feliz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hernan Fraco charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hernan Fraco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Sportivo Chilim Balam getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Hernan Fraco hit a great ball. Oscar Feliz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guaberto Fix in the 36th minute of the match. Honorato Foro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Orlin in the 39th minute of play. Honorato Foro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfredo Monico in the 42nd minute. Oscar Feliz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horacio Tonete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guaberto Fix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th match minute, Sportivo Chilim Balam was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Americo Musko to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guaberto Fix was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Uclar's Guaberto Fix ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Oscar Feliz. Oscar Feliz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. If Horacio Tonete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sportivo Chilim Balam's Oscar Feliz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guaberto Fix in the 68th minute of play. If Alfredo Monico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Primitivo Dabi charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Primitivo Dabi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Sportivo Chilim Balam booed when Uclar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Dabi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Alfredo Monico managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sportivo Chilim Balam's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfredo Monico was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Honorato Foro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guaberto Fix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Oscar Feliz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Uclar's Guaberto Fix in the 82nd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Oscar Feliz was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Sportivo Chilim Balam through an amazing save. The audience was convinced that Alfredo Monico's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Honorato Foro was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. If Baltasar Orlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Horacio Tonete got free with Oscar Feliz in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hernan Fraco got his second yellow card in the match during the 96th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Sportivo Chilim Balam's Hernan Fraco got a free kick in the 97th minute.
