Ibarreta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aldershot Town FC the free kick. In the 7th minute, Hernan Michael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Aldershot Town FC's Arnoldo Lauaxeta in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Teodosio Ursino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Christian Hats's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teodosio Ursino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Arnulfo Flor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Aldershot Town FC's Arnoldo Lauaxeta in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 31 played minutes Arnoldo Lauaxeta rounded Ibarreta's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. In the 34th minute, Victorino Breogan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Arnoldo Lauaxeta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, Ibarreta's goalkeeper Victoriano Hats had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fulgencio Frascuelo.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christian Hats made a kick off. The supporters of Aldershot Town FC booed when Ibarreta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernan Michael didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience cheered when Adolfo Barea's long shot passed Victoriano Hats's right side. It was 2-1, 57 minutes into the match. Aldershot Town FC's Teodosio Ursino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Aldershot Town FC from getting a goal against them. Victoriano Hats showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnoldo Lauaxeta in the 66th minute of the match. Cristian Omero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arnoldo Lauaxeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Victoriano Hats tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Arnulfo Flor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Cristian Omero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aldershot Town FC's Teodosio Ursino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Hats in the 82nd minute of play. Aldershot Town FC's Teodosio Ursino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Aldershot Town FC from getting a goal against them. Arnulfo Flor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teodosio Ursino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Teodosio Ursino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Hats, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Fulgencio Frascuelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Hats having to interfere. If Arnoldo Lauaxeta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 97 minutes Ibarreta's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Adolfo Barea who took care of the corner kick. Alberto Laurentzi thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Victoriano Hats, a very annoying self made goal in the 97th minute which led to 3-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Aldershot Town FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ibarreta had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
