Luciano Acosta didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Piearres in the 12th minute of play forced Ramblones FC's goalkeeper Rodolfo Roano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Café Veloz FC's Gogo Checa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rodolfo Roano. That made the score 1-0 after 14 minutes of play. Marcelino Tanio charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelino Tanio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ramblones FC's Marcelino Tanio got a free kick in the 17th minute. A collision led to Café Veloz FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Gogo Checa hit a great ball. Ceferino Ramone came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ramblones FC's Cesar Chus. But to his dismay, Cesar Chus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. If Marcelino Tanio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Rodolfo Roano successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Rodolfo Roano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dalmacio Tuste in the 37th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Gogo Checa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Café Veloz FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Rodolfo Roano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Lluques in the 44th minute of play. When Gogo Checa came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Café Veloz FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gogo Checa couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Marcelino Tanio made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Dalmacio Tuste had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rodolfo Roano. Ramblones FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dalmacio Tuste was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. 61 minutes into the match, Ramblones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dalmacio Tuste came free, but Rodolfo Roano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Prudencio Bazkoare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodolfo Roano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonzalo Piearres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodolfo Roano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dalmacio Tuste went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Ramblones FC's zone, Gonzalo Piearres stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodolfo Roano came out of the goal and Gonzalo Piearres tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Juan Rafe fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ramblones FC's protests and gave Juan Rafe a yellow card for diving instead. In the 77th minute, Juan Rafe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gonzalo Piearres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Rodolfo Roano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
