Epifanio Montel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maman Hatala in the 11th minute of the match. Epifanio Montel came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Academia Solchu F.C.'s Aureliano Quinten. But to his dismay, Aureliano Quinten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Isidro Mark's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bass Van Eeckhout read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Maman Hatala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Epifanio Montel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Maldita Suerte FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Hector Uhin hit a great ball. Justino Mel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Montel having to interfere. In the 33rd minute Maman Hatala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Montel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anibal Frederico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Epifanio Montel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Aureliano Quinten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maldita Suerte FC's Epifanio Montel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maman Hatala in the 40th minute of play. Cleto Ibon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Epifanio Montel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 44 minutes, Maman Hatala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The audience held their breath when Adolfo Erramu in the 62nd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Epifanio Montel's left hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Maldita Suerte FC's zone, Justino Mel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Epifanio Montel came out of the goal and Justino Mel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 66th match minute, Maldita Suerte FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Uhin to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Epifanio Montel managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Academia Solchu F.C.'s Justino Mel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Maman Hatala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the game, Cleto Ibon lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Epifanio Montel. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Maman Hatala managed to get in a good position for a shot. Academia Solchu F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Maman Hatala was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Epifanio Montel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Justino Mel hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute of the match Hector Uhin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bass Van Eeckhout skillfully saved the ball. Maldita Suerte FC's Epifanio Montel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Maldita Suerte FC from getting a goal against them. Cleto Ibon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute, Rafael Errolan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bass Van Eeckhout took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidro Mark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Epifanio Montel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maman Hatala went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score.
