Academia Solchu F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Luciano Maiorga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 12th match minute, SuperCampeones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casimiro Fernanco to maneuver through the defense. After 17 minutes of play, SuperCampeones's Severo Maties made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bass Van Eeckhout was left in no man's land by his defense there! 20 minutes into the match, SuperCampeones's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Maiorga came free, but Teofilo Cesario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luciano Maiorga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Teofilo Cesario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 31 minutes of play, Academia Solchu F.C.'s Maman Hatala made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teofilo Cesario was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luciano Maiorga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilo Cesario having to interfere. Godfredo Abar kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. If Maman Hatala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 48 minutes into the game, SuperCampeones's Severo Maties nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bass Van Eeckhout made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3.

The audience was convinced that Generoso Virila's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bass Van Eeckhout was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Bass Van Eeckhout showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casimiro Fernanco, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. The supporters of SuperCampeones booed when Academia Solchu F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Sotil didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 70 played minutes, SuperCampeones's Godfredo Abar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bass Van Eeckhout came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SuperCampeones reached it. Academia Solchu F.C.:s Bass Van Eeckhout showed great skill when he stopped Godfredo Abar:s penalty. When Maman Hatala came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Academia Solchu F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maman Hatala couldn't finish the play. In the 86th match minute, Academia Solchu F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justino Mel to maneuver through the defense. Bass Van Eeckhout made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severo Maties in the 87th minute of play. The supporters of Academia Solchu F.C. booed when SuperCampeones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Fernanco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute, Justino Mel made a precise shot to the right of Teofilo Cesario. SuperCampeones's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. Anastasio Marcones fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilo Cesario having to interfere.
