After a rather tough play, Tambo FC's Astor Orkatz got a free kick in the 11th minute. A collision led to San Martín FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Alonzo Pancho hit a great ball. Benicio Santikurtz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emanuel Loren. San Martín FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Conrado Cayo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tambo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Conrado Cayo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emanuel Loren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emanuel Loren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleto Matro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cleto Matro struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Emanuel Loren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tambo FC. Emanuel Loren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nunez Rioja, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. A hard shot 27 in the game by Amador Oxel from a close distance when the talented Natalio Abajas managed to make a qualified save. Tambo FC's players were relieved. 28 minutes into the match, Tambo FC's goalkeeper Natalio Abajas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fernan Oidor. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 49 minutes into the match, Tambo FC's goalkeeper Natalio Abajas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amador Oxel.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cleto Matro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Natalio Abajas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amador Oxel in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Amador Oxel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 61st minute of the match Raul Gabon shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emanuel Loren showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 61st match minute, San Martín FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Duardo to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, San Martín FC's Emanuel Loren got control of the ball when Nunez Rioja tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Cleto Matro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emanuel Loren was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. When Amador Oxel came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the San Martín FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amador Oxel couldn't finish the play. Amador Oxel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The San Martín FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tambo FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
