An unexpectedly hard shot by Dionisio Cefero in the 6th minute of play forced Poma coliseo AFC's goalkeeper Fulgencio Rico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fulgencio Rico made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Ivan Heriberto sent off a good shot on target. If Nunez Cordeara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Esrella Roja FC booed when Poma coliseo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clemente Bernebe didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 38 minutes, Nicolas Acevedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Poma coliseo AFC and the Esrella Roja FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nicolas Acevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Acevedo in the 41st minute of play forced Esrella Roja FC's goalkeeper Silverio Laurendi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Nunez Cordeara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ivan Heriberto to make the kick off. Dionisio Cefero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dionisio Cefero in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fulgencio Rico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 59 played minutes Poma coliseo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Nunez Cordeara. Ivan Heriberto, 70 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Dionisio Cefero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Fulgencio Rico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Nicolas Acevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Poma coliseo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolas Acevedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silverio Laurendi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dionisio Cefero struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Fulgencio Rico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Esrella Roja FC. In the 85th minute, Ivan Heriberto made a precise shot to the right of Fulgencio Rico. Poma coliseo AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Fulgencio Rico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Heriberto in the 89th minute of the match. Fulgencio Rico came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Esrella Roja FC's Ivan Heriberto. But to his dismay, Ivan Heriberto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Esrella Roja FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
