In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Chimbas AFC's goalkeeper Maximo Gartxot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Damaso Isiass short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Remigio Tiadoro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 38 minutes of play, Chimbas AFC's Damaso Isias made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Remigio Tiadoro was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to FC Urquiza United getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Ruperto Valery hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Remigio Tiadoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filiberto Berbiz in the 55th minute of play. Maximo Gartxot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Ponc in the 57th minute of play. Santos Rainerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximo Gartxot having to interfere. When Chimbas AFC's Saul Sasoin in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 71st minute, Tobias Ponc fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Maximo Gartxot, passed just outside the right post. After 72 played minutes Chimbas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Joel Mark. After 74 minutes, Saul Sasoin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chimbas AFC and the FC Urquiza United players grew even worse after the yellow card. Maximo Gartxot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santos Rainerio in the 80th minute. In the 88th minute Filiberto Berbiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigio Tiadoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tobias Ponc's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximo Gartxot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Damaso Isias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Remigio Tiadoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tobias Ponc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximo Gartxot having to interfere. During the 96th minute of the match Saul Sasoin completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Saul Sasoin a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Saul Sasoin hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Chimbas AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
