Spectators: 6000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Los Trilliz's Hector Dolcet started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Real Bañiles booed when Los Trilliz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquiles Escobar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Candido Gonzalez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Ezkerra having to interfere. After having played for 15 minutes, Severo Batista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Bañiles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severo Batista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gregorio Selmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Astor Ezkerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severo Batista struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Astor Ezkerra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Bañiles. Hector Dolcet kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After 40 played minutes Real Bañiles got a freekick which was hit by Eustacio Bazil. Real Bañiles's Remigio Sandalio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Dolcet in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Silvio Weather was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Trilliz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Bañiles the free kick. Silvio Weather kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Severo Batista to strike the kick off in the second half. If Iker Harkaitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd match minute, Real Bañiles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustacio Bazil to maneuver through the defense. Hector Dolcet's late challenge caught a Real Bañiles's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hector Dolcet helped the player get up and apologised. Hector Dolcet kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. If Candido Gonzalez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 75 played minutes Los Trilliz got a freekick which was hit by Marcelino Abreu. Hector Dolcet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Remigio Sandalio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Dolcet, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After having played for 89 minutes, Severo Batista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Bañiles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severo Batista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
