The audience was convinced that Rolando Peruxu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ildefonso Gaitano was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. In the 17th minute, Inocencio Sotil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abelardo Raulo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2.
