Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Anier Fidensio made the kick off which started today's match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robustiano Llorienzo in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Igor Loiola saved Matthew F.C. from getting behind. Silverio Mundo kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. The supporters of Matthew F.C. booed when Ballester FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silverio Mundo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lisandro Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honorio Columbo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavino Liher in the 33rd minute of play. A collision led to Ballester FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Hermengildo Claus hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Matthew F.C.'s zone, Robustiano Llorienzo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Igor Loiola came out of the goal and Robustiano Llorienzo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Robustiano Llorienzo was the one to do the kick off. Anier Fidensio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Honorio Columbo came out and tried to block the shot, but Anier Fidensio slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 52nd minute. Robustiano Llorienzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Loiola having to interfere. Honorio Columbo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anier Fidensio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Igor Loiola didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robustiano Llorienzo went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Luisito Iago took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 69th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Igor Loiola. Matthew F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 70th minute Luis Oriol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorio Columbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Honorio Columbo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anier Fidensio in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Mateo Iago got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Ballester FC booed when Matthew F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Oriol didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute Robustiano Llorienzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Loiola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Ballester FC's goalkeeper Honorio Columbo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evelio Cristofol. 82 minutes into the game, Mateo Iago was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ballester FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Matthew F.C. the free kick. Mateo Iago kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute of the match Edgard Hats shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Honorio Columbo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Carlos Cordario hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After 86 played minutes, Matthew F.C.'s Isaias Ilixo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Honorio Columbo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Matthew F.C. reached it. After 92 minutes of play, Ballester FC's Robustiano Llorienzo made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Igor Loiola was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ballester FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Matthew F.C. for a fine match.
