Hipolito Bazkoare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Tonio having to interfere. After having played for 15 minutes, Pedro Eguerdi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bluestones's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Eguerdi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 17 minutes of play, Bluestones's Hipolito Bazkoare made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fulgencio Tonio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fulgencio Tonio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Eguerdi in the 21st minute of the match. Fulgencio Tonio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipolito Bazkoare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Artemio Lucero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CSyD Tres de Azúcar's Fulgencio Tonio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hipolito Bazkoare in the 39th minute of play. If Jonatan Endura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Pedro Eguerdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hipolito Bazkoare to make the kick off. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bluestones walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
