The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Enrique Urti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 59th match minute, MIllonarios FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evelio Hartz to maneuver through the defense. Fabio Quirze missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 61 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Bernardino Chano right hand side. When Wilfredo Salvadore fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MIllonarios FC's protests and gave Wilfredo Salvadore a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd minute, Wilfredo Salvadore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Urti in the 64th minute of play forced La Base FC's goalkeeper Adrian Orlanda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celedonio Chorche spun around in front of the goal 70 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of MIllonarios FC's goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Silvio Berasko managed to get in a good position for a shot. MIllonarios FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvio Berasko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrian Orlanda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Enrique Urti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Orlanda having to interfere. Celedonio Chorche recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over La Base FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than MIllonarios FC throughout the match.
