In the 21st minute Eustacio Min shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Palben saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 29 played minutes Torres AFC got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Laurin. Jose Palben showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustacio Min in the 40th minute of the match. When Martin Santos came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Torres AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Santos couldn't finish the play. If Eustacio Min had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eustacio Min might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jose Palben. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eustacio Min ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 48thth minute of the game Eustacio Min who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gacela FC's Jose Palben was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edelmiro Florinio was the one to do the kick off. Edelmiro Florinio struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Guillermo Fertus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gacela FC. 63 minutes into the game, Ulises Urtsin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gacela FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Torres AFC the free kick. Ulises Urtsin hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Eustacio Min sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
