In the 24th minute, Silvano Elodio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aurelio Rocendo's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Fermin Xacintu on his right side and into the goal. 28 minutes into the game it was 0-2. In the 35th minute, Celso Karlo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Feliberto Nesor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Fermin Xacintu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celso Karlo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fermin Xacintu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Celso Karlo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Lechuzos's supporters rose to their feet, but Celso Karlo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fermin Xacintu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

When Silvano Elodio came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Pucará fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvano Elodio couldn't finish the play. 54 minutes into the game, Silvano Elodio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Nicasio Anaya was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nicasio Anaya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Elodio in the 62nd minute of play. After having played for 68 minutes, Silvano Elodio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pucará's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvano Elodio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nicasio Anaya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvano Elodio, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Nicasio Anaya came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Pucará's Silvano Elodio. But to his dismay, Silvano Elodio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Dario Marquez hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. When Gervasio Sindo fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Lechuzos's protests and gave Gervasio Sindo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Los Lechuzos's Gervasio Sindo got a free kick in the 81st minute. Justino Gonzales charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Justino Gonzales the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 88 minutes, Celso Karlo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Lechuzos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celso Karlo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celso Karlo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fermin Xacintu having to interfere. Los Lechuzos were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
