Spectators: 6668 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Donato Rio took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Donato Rio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tionso fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of Capillas booed when Tionso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Rio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ignacio Ieltxu was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Robustiano Gervaso. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donato Rio in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cirilo Hitzeder saved Capillas from getting behind. A collision led to Tionso getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Donato Rio hit a great ball. Efrain Cloyo's late challenge caught a Capillas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Efrain Cloyo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Tionso's Efrain Cloyo got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 19th minute of the match Angel Peru sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ignacio Ieltxu skillfully saved the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Capillas's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Erramu came free, but Cirilo Hitzeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th match minute, Tionso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Lartaun to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Tionso getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Cirilo Hitzeder didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Santiago Erramu went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 40th minute Marcial Mederi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Hitzeder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcial Mederi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Hitzeder having to interfere. Haroldo Lartaun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Cirilo Hitzeder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 48 minutes, Marcial Mederi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tionso's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcial Mederi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zacarias Felo was the one to do the kick off. Cirilo Hitzeder made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcial Mederi in the 54th minute. In the 57th minute Zacarias Felo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Ieltxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cirilo Hitzeder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Lartaun in the 76th minute of play. Tionso's Haroldo Lartaun got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ignacio Ieltxu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Felo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tionso's Santiago Erramu got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Efrain Cloyo struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Cirilo Hitzeder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tionso. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcial Mederi in the 86th minute of play forced Capillas's goalkeeper Cirilo Hitzeder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 88 minutes, Santiago Erramu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tionso's supporters crossed their fingers, but Santiago Erramu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Capillas's goalkeeper Cirilo Hitzeder, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
