In the 10th minute of the match Aquilino Lluques sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Efrain Hever skillfully saved the ball. Teodoro Birilas short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Efrain Hever to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Generoso Llorian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th minute, Benicio Sugoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeronimo Osoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SouthWolf's Jeronimo Osoro got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jeronimo Osoro in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Virgilio Hever prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Generoso Llorian came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Candioti AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Generoso Llorian couldn't finish the play. Efrain Hever showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Generoso Llorian in the 34th minute of the match. Isaac Goyo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Virgilio Hever tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SouthWolf's Efrain Hever played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Generoso Llorian in the 45th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Generoso Llorian made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Candioti AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeronimo Osoro came free, but Virgilio Hever reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeronimo Osoro struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Virgilio Hever didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SouthWolf. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Birila in the 66th minute of play forced SouthWolf's goalkeeper Efrain Hever to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isaac Goyo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgilio Hever having to interfere. In the 77th match minute, SouthWolf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Higinio Cruz to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Candioti AFC's Virgilio Hever got control of the ball when Isaac Goyo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abel Lope hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute, Isaac Goyo made a precise shot to the right of Virgilio Hever. Candioti AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The SouthWolf supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing SouthWolf would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
