Spectators: 6985 (Terracing: 5385, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jacobo Escobar started the match with the kick off. Generoso Llorian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teodoro Birila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Amor having to interfere. Jacobo Escobar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Candioti AFC's Siro Bakar got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Virgilio Hever showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remigio Ofelio in the 27th minute of the match. Generoso Llorian hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Teodoro Birila struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Cristian Amor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Candioti AFC. 39 minutes into the match, Candioti AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Escobar came free, but Virgilio Hever reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ariel Etor charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ariel Etor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 40th minute, Ariel Etor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacobo Escobar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Generoso Llorian stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Virgilio Hever made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobo Escobar in the 55th minute of play. Ovidio Sotero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Virgilio Hever tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Candioti AFC's Virgilio Hever played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidio Sotero in the 61st minute of play. If Teodoro Birila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodoro Birila got free with Cristian Amor in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 68th minute, Jacobo Escobar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bandera fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 71st minute, Aquilino Lluques hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The attack was good, but when Jacobo Escobar in the 76th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Virgilio Hever took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacobo Escobar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jaime Montxo fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bandera's protests and gave Jaime Montxo a yellow card for diving instead. 95 minutes into the match, Jacobo Escobar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Virgilio Hever. Candioti AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacobo Escobar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Bandera's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
