Spectators: 7009 (Terracing: 5409, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gaston Theobald made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, Bonk FC's Arnaldo Qwinton got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 4 minutes, Cipriano Ayala successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaston Theobald in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristian Amor saved Bandera from getting behind. Modesto Mattin kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnaldo Qwinton during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 7th minute, Arnaldo Qwinton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gaston Theobald in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristian Amor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rogelio Otsando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Amor having to interfere. After 37 played minutes Bandera got a freekick which was hit by Ovidio Sotero. Cristian Amor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Theobald in the 38th minute of play. With a little luck, Bonk FC's Cipriano Ayala got control of the ball when Ovidio Sotero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gaston Theobald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnaldo Qwinton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gaston Theobald blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristian Amor having to make a save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jacobo Escobar to make the kick off. Florencio Maurino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Cristian Amor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 53rd minute, Gaston Theobald got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Bandera's Cristian Amor got control of the ball when Gaston Theobald tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Bandera's zone, Gaston Theobald stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristian Amor came out of the goal and Gaston Theobald tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alvaro Tomi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Amor having to interfere. Gaston Theobald struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Cristian Amor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bonk FC. Cristian Amor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Maurino in the 69th minute of play. Gaston Theobald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Amor having to interfere. After 79 minutes, Jaime Montxo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bandera and the Bonk FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 79th match minute, Bandera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Montxo to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Amor didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 86th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. Gaston Theobald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Amor having to interfere.
