Antonio Ciano started the match with the kick off. Ermegildo Uzuri received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ciriaco Atarratze came out and tried to block the shot, but Ermegildo Uzuri slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 4th minute. 8 minutes into the game, Mauro Ubarna recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ciriaco Atarratze. Mauro Ubarna showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Atilano Amor took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Antonio Loiola. Lascacas's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ciriaco Atarratze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Ubarna in the 15th minute of play. Cesar Manny took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ciriaco Atarratze. Ciriaco Atarratze dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 21 minutes into the game, Lascacas's Cesar Manny nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ciriaco Atarratze made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Genesis FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Cesar Manny scored to the left of an out of position Ciriaco Atarratze, making the score, 5-0. 31 minutes into the match, Genesis FC's goalkeeper Ciriaco Atarratze had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cesar Manny. Ciriaco Atarratze made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Cesar Manny sent off a good shot on target. 34 minutes into the game, one of Lascacas:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 36th minute there was a penalty for Genesis FC. Atilano Amor stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Antonio Loiola. 5-1. A collision led to Genesis FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Amancio Garoa hit a great ball. The supporters of Genesis FC booed when Lascacas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Segundo Ayala didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cesar Manny stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bernardo Pero hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Lascacas's Antonio Loiola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Ciano in the 54th minute of play. If Amancio Garoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 57th minute, Lascacas's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ignacio Eleazar fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Lucas Kauldi charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucas Kauldi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lucas Kauldi hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the match, Lascacas's goal looked a bit too open when Melchor Valente came free, but Antonio Loiola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Segundo Ayala made in the 70th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Genesis FC's Felipe Roldan. With an all-out effort, Genesis FC's Antonio Loiola threw himself towards the right post 75 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ignacio Eleazar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The throw-in from Amancio Garoa in the 78th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Lascacas's Segundo Ayala. Atilano Amor lost his temper 86 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 85th minute of the game. One of Genesis FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lascacas:s goal. The referee gave Lascacas a penalty, 87 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mauro Ubarna, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Genesis FC's Ciriaco Atarratze. 6-1. 90 minutes into the match, Lascacas's Cesar Manny sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ciriaco Atarratze narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ciriaco Atarratze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesar Manny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Manny in the 97th minute of play forced Genesis FC's goalkeeper Ciriaco Atarratze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lascacas's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
