Spectators: 6683 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1683, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Flavio Ferrer started the match with the kick off. Antonio Ciano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ignacio Eleazar hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After having played for 8 minutes, Pedro Botello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Genesis FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Botello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 10th minute, Flavio Ferrer reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ciriaco Atarratze. The goal made the score 1-0. After 13 minutes of play, Chelforó's Horacio Urtzi made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ciriaco Atarratze was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Genesis FC fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Genesis FC's Antonio Ciano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Antonio Ciano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcos Galo having to make a save. Ciriaco Atarratze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Betadur, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Antonio Ciano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcos Galo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Ciriaco Atarratze made an important save on a dangerous shot by Candido Maraman in the 25th minute. Ignacio Eleazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Galo having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joel Betadur during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 32 played minutes Chelforó got a freekick which was hit by Joel Betadur. After 37 minutes of play, Genesis FC's Antonio Ciano made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Galo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Melchor Valente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Marcos Galo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antonio Ciano might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcos Galo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antonio Ciano ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Pedro Botello's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcos Galo was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. In the 47th minute, Horacio Urtzi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ciriaco Atarratze. The goal made the score 3-3. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antonio Ciano to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Antonio Ciano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Galo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Galo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ignacio Eleazar in the 56th minute. The audience was convinced that Antonio Ciano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcos Galo was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. When Genesis FC's Ignacio Eleazar in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chelforó's goalie prevented a goal. Joel Betadur kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Ignacio Eleazar got in the 62nd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Marcos Galo handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Marcos Galo was a little too slow when Antonio Ciano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 3-4. Joel Betadur hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Marcos Galo made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Ignacio Eleazar sent off a good shot on target. Marcos Galo didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 77th minute, which inside left pole to 3-6. In the 81st minute of the match, Antonio Ciano tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcos Galo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Ciano in the 82nd minute of play forced Chelforó's goalkeeper Marcos Galo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ignacio Eleazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Galo having to interfere. In the 87th minute, one of Chelforó:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chelforó. If Bernardo Pero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Antonio Ciano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marcos Galo. That made the score 3-8 in the 95 minute of play. Chelforó's defense didn't have a chance, in the 99th minute, when Antonio Ciano scored to the left of an out of position Marcos Galo, making the score, 3-9. The Chelforó fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Genesis FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
