Spectators: 5661 (Terracing: 4003, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eusebio Lucero started the match with the kick off. Everardo Silvanito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Astigar in the 3rd minute of play. Eusebio Lucero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 7th minute, Ruben Grabiel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maximino Etor kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 13thth minute of the game Ruben Grabiel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Amaná FC's Hector Estavan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 14th minute, Jimeno Savier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hector Estavan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben Grabiel in the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Eusebio Lucero notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Simogasta's Everardo Silvanito. Everardo Silvanito was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With an all-out effort, Simogasta's Hector Estavan threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ruben Grabiel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Herminio Edwardo sped through Amaná FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hector Estavan. Moises Astigar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute of the match Pascual Grabiel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Everardo Silvanito skillfully saved the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Maximino Etor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Amaná FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Simogasta the free kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Donato Terciero during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Simogasta getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Donato Terciero hit a great ball. If Moises Astigar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ruben Grabiel made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruben Grabiel in the 53rd minute of play forced Amaná FC's goalkeeper Hector Estavan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Simogasta booed when Amaná FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusebio Lucero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Herminio Edwardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Hector Estavan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hector Estavan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herminio Edwardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 61st minute, Herminio Edwardo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Simogasta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Everardo Silvanito made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Moises Astigar sent off a good shot on target. Ruben Grabiel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hector Estavan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Anastasio Fraco made a great header on Simogasta's corner, it was just that Amaná FC's Hector Estavan managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 96th minute Ruben Grabiel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Estavan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Simogasta were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Amaná FC for a fine match.
